Agnes Bardini

Agnes brings a wide range of experiences at UC Merced working with Academic Personnel and the School of Engineering, PeopleSoft, Foster Poultry Farms, Lew-Garcia-Davis, Engineering, and Chicago Title. Over the last thirty years, she has been heavily involved in the review, analysis and implementation of a number of fairly complex projects. She has managed a number of administrative and financial areas throughout her career including supporting the needs of executive and operations management. She is experienced with using a wide variety of business applications.  Agnes is responsible for business operations and is a Managing Member for Bardini Consulting.

 UCM - Academic Personnel - Academic Personnel Business System Analyst

  • Implementation of Digital Measures - Activity Insight for Faculty
  • Developed processes and procedures for Leaves of Absence for Academic Personnel including Sabbaticals, Family Accommodations, and Active Service Modified Duties (ASMD)
  • Gathered requirements (Business and Functional Design) for APO Reporting, Data Warehousing.

UCM School of Engineering

  • Management Services Officer (Business Manager) and Program Manager for Student Success

PeopleSoft

  • Research & Development as Senior Application Analyst for their analytical applications, data warehousing, third party integrations, and consulting services. I worked with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • Research and Development team in Data Warehousing as a Senior Application Analyst. I had the opportunity to develop the infrastructure for the EPM Data Warehouse using 'PeopleTools' and SQL to create the data model and convert data.

Foster Poultry Farms

  • Senior Accounting Supervisor (Corporate, Construction Services, Professional Services including the Engineering Department, By Products, Logistics; mainly involved with implementation of business systems.

Lew-Garcia-Davis

  • Controller for a small Engineering firm that focused on Civil Engineering, Structural, and Land Surveying. The types of clients were both from the private and public sector.

Chicago Title

  • Title Officer researching land ownership, legal descriptions, etc.

Mountain Crisis Services/Valley Crisis Center

  • Volunteering for - Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault support organization
  • Adding content to the MCS/VCC website, developing graphics and new functionality.
  • Troubleshooting continuing issues with network connections, software application updates.
  • Analyzing viability of changing locations in order to save money due to deep cuts by the State for Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault support organization's.
