Merced County Administrative Parking Lots Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project

The Merced County Administrative Parking Lots Rehabilitation Project addressed the need for additional parking lots, improved drainage, new sidewalks for access between buildings, reconstruction of building entrance to meet current ADA standards, and maintenance of existing curbs and planter islands.

 

Project Role:  Provided design and construction documentation services along with analysis of the existing parking lot areas to provide a surface drainage solution for the site along with development of the construction documents for bidding out the project; including improvement plans, specifications, cost estimate and bidding assistance.  

 

Also provided construction management services including Resident Engineer, and construction observation as needed.

 

Construction Cost:  $650,000
