Arboleda Drive @ Duck Slough

The existing timber bridge was replaced with a new two-span reinforced concrete flat slab bridge supported by driven piling utilizing Federal Bridge Replacement Program Funding.  Project included approximately 800’ of new roadway approached so minimum sight distances could be achieved.  Existing irrigation facilities were removed and reconstructed outside of the roadway clear zone to assure public safety.

Project Role - Project design, bridge hydraulic report preparation,  geotechnical and environmental consultant coordinations, utility relocation coordination, funding coordination with Caltrans, project bidding, construction resident engineer, materials testing coordination and documentation, preparation of weekly working days statements, negotiated change orders, pay estimate preparation, Caltrans reimbursement invoice preparation, labor compliance review, submittal review and final project completion report. 

Construction Cost - $1,000,000.
