Highway 59 Landfill Scale House Project

Construction management of this challenging project included the construction of a new  quarter mile public access road, a new concrete block scale house building, new truck scale facilities, truck wash facilities, extensive site grading and paving and new underground drainage facilities.  Project included overhead directional signage, signal system and computer controlled entrance gates.

Project Role - Project plan constructibility review, project bidding, construction management engineer, daily diary preparation, submittal reviews, preparation of weekly working days statements, labor compliance review, materials testing coordination & documentation, negotiated change orders and pay estimate preparation. 

Construction Cost - $3,000,000
